About your user profile settings
Use your User profile settings to personalise your ANZ Transactive Global experience. You can manage your system preferences, view your sign-in and security information, configure report settings, choose how you receive notifications, set a landing page, and securely sign out of the application.
You can set a landing page to display when you sign in. Navigate to your preferred page, then select Set current page as landing from your User profile menu.
To securely sign out of the application, select Log out from your User profile menu.
How to manage your user profile settings
Access User profile settings from your User profile menu. Select a settings category and update your preferences as required. Changes are saved automatically when you make an update.
Set system preferences for your default division, language, encoding, date format, time format, time zone, reference currency, decimal separator and thousand separator. Settings will automatically be saved once updated.

If required, update the following preferences:

View your Customer ID, User ID, User name, Preferred name, Email and last three log in activity date and times.

Set your Report retrieval code and select your Report file encoding preferences.
If Report retrieval code is unavailable, you may need to register your email address. Please contact your company Administrator or ANZ representative to update your user details.

If required, enter your Report retrieval code up to 20 characters to access encrypted scheduled reports sent to your registered email address. |

Choose the Report file encoding used for report files. Available options:

- You will only receive notifications and alerts for services and features that you are entitled to access
- Payment alerts are not available for payments created from the Asia & Pacific Payments menu
- Notification emails are sent to the email address registered in your user profile. To update your email address or other contact details, refer to New User FAQs
Set your notification settings to receive emails or in-app inbox alerts for Payments, Receivables and Accounts.
