Same great platform, improved experience 

We are in the final stage of rolling out the refreshed ANZ Transactive Global user interface, with all organisations expected to be using the updated experience by early September. 

The updated interface provides a more modern and consistent experience while maintaining the functionality and workflows you use today. 

Once upgraded, you will notice updated screens and navigation throughout the platform. While some areas may look different, the core functionality remains the same.

Users in India & Philippines with payment approval permissions can now view, approve or reject payments securely using the ANZ Transactive Global mobile app.* 

This enhancement extends existing mobile access, giving users more flexibility to manage payments on the go. 

Payment functionality available:

• View and search payments pending approval
• Approve or reject payments
• View payment history and payment status via the History menu

Download the mobile app.

• Search “ANZ Transactive Global” in the Apple App Store# or Google Play^ Store
• Log in using your existing ANZ Transactive Global user ID and password

For users who already have the mobile app and existing payment approval entitlements: From the designated go‑live date, the Approvals menu will appear once your organisation is enabled with the permission.

To access the enhancements, users will need to download the latest version (23.1.0) of the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

New requirements for Vietnam tax payments will take effect on 7 Sep 2026 (previously scheduled for 24 Aug 2026). Updates include changes to mandatory fields, predefined field values, and validation rules across ANZ digital channels.

From 7 September 2026, users with access to the Foreign Exchange menu in Transactive Global will see Contracts and Orders as separate menu options. Expanding each menu provides access to additional functionality:

• Contracts: Manage Contracts, Create Contract, and Past Contracts
• Orders: Manage Orders, Create Order, and Past Orders

We're enhancing the Customer Administrator role in ANZ Transactive Global for organisations using Commercial Cards.

From 21 September 2026, Customer Administrators can view and manage users with Commercial Cards access directly from the Administration menu, using their existing entitlements. This means administrators can manage user access across multiple ANZ Transactive Global products from one place, without needing additional Commercial Cards administration roles or forms. 

What's changing?

• Customer Administrators can view and manage users with Commercial Cards roles
• Additional Commercial Cards administration access is no longer required for user management
• Customer-managed Commercial Cards roles can be added, modified, or removed through the Administration menu
• Existing approval workflows, audit controls, and Commercial Cards functionality remain unchanged 

No action is required. The enhancement will be applied automatically.

Users in New Zealand with permission to create payments or beneficiaries can soon access Confirmation of Payee in ANZ Transactive Global.

Confirmation of Payee is a service that checks the bank account details entered by the payer with the account details held by the recipient’s bank and displays a match outcome to the payer.

‌Once Confirmation of Payee is available in ANZ Transactive Global, the compulsory 'Verify Beneficiary Details' button will be available in the following circumstances:

• A new beneficiary is created,
• An existing beneficiary is edited, or
• When adding an ad-hoc beneficiary to a Domestic payment or template via Payments Menu

           
Confirmation of Payee provides additional information to help users make informed decisions and avoid scams or mistaken payments.
