As PayID moves through the workflow, it goes through several different statuses as a result of the actions performed. The following table details each PayID status.
PayID Status
PAYID STATUS | DESCRIPTION |
---|---|
Active | A PayID is active and ready to use |
Deregistered | A PayID is deregistered and can no longer be used |
Disabled | A PayID is disabled and not in use |
Transferable | A PayID is pending a transfer to be claimed by another ANZ Digital Channel or another financial institution |
Workflow Status
WORKFLOW STATUS | DESCRIPTION |

Approved | A PayID request is active or disabled |
Approver Rejected | A PayID request has been rejected by the approver |
Bank Rejected | ANZ were unable to create your PayID as it is already linked to another bank account. You can request a transfer from the financial institution that the PayID is registered to, or contact the ANZ Customer Service Centre should you wish to raise an ownership dispute. |
Pending Approval - Create | A new PayID request, pending approval |
Pending Approval - Deregister | A request to deregister an existing PayID, pending approval |
Pending Approval - Modify | A modification an existing PayID, pending approval |
Pending Approval - Transfer | A transfer of an existing PayID, pending approval |
Processing | Bank processing a PayID request |
