管理管理報告

符合報告存取權限的合格使用者可以從「管理報告」選單中建立、排程、傳送電子郵件和管理管理報告。您可以執行臨機操作的 Report Profiles、檢視、編輯、複製和刪除已儲存的報告。

管理報告資訊

  • 報告將保留過去兩年的記錄
  • 螢幕上僅顯示已排程和已儲存的報告
  • 如果報告下載時間超過 10 秒，請從 Application Banner 中的 Downloads 下載報告
  • 如果在選定的日期範圍內沒有記錄任何數據，則不會產生任何對帳單數據
  • 如果您選擇 29、30 或 31 日作為月報表的「Run On」日期，則對於沒有該天數的月份，將不會產生任何報告
  • 使用的電子郵件地址取自您的使用者個人檔案資訊。有關如何更新您的電子郵件地址和其他聯絡詳情的資訊，請參閱 New User FAQs。
  • 要存取報告，您必須在 Settings & Preferences 中設定 Report Retrieval Code（密碼）

執行並下載 Report Profile
步驟 操作
1 前往 Administration > Reports 畫面
2 在 Report Profiles 中，您可以使用以下方法之一執行並下載報告：
  • 方法 1：右鍵點擊 Report Profile，然後點擊快顯功能表（Context Menu）上的 Run
  • 方法 2：點擊 Report Profile 以顯示 View Report Profile 畫面，然後點擊控制列（Control Bar）上的 Run and Download
  • 方法 3：點擊下載圖示 mceclip1.png

步驟 操作
1 前往 Administration > Reports 畫面
2 在 Report Profiles 中點擊一份報告
結果：系統將顯示 View Report Profile 畫面。

編輯 Report Profile
步驟 操作
1 前往 Administration > Reports 畫面。
2 在 Report Profiles 中，使用以下方法之一編輯報告：
  • 方法 1：右鍵點擊 Report Profile，然後點擊快顯功能表（Context Menu）上的 Edit
  • 方法 2：選取 Report Profile，然後點擊控制列（Control Bar）上的 Edit
  • 方法 3：點擊 Report Profile 以顯示 View Report Profile 畫面，然後點擊控制列（Control Bar）上的 Edit
3 根據需要編輯 Report Profile 詳情。
4 如有需要，勾選 Run Report after Saving 核取方塊。
5 選取 Save Changes
結果：系統將顯示一條訊息，提示 Report Profile 已儲存。  
複製 Report Profile
步驟 操作
1 前往 Administration > Reports 畫面
2 在 Report Profiles 中，使用以下方法之一複製報告：
  • 方法 1：右鍵點擊 Report Profile，然後點擊快顯功能表（Context Menu）上的 Copy
  • 方法 2：選取 Report Profile，然後點擊控制列（Control Bar）上的 Copy
  • 方法 3：點擊 Report Profile 以顯示 View Report Profile 畫面，然後點擊控制列（Control Bar）上的 Copy

  • 更新 Profile Name
  • 如有需要，編輯複製的 Report Profile 詳情
4 如有需要，勾選 Run Report after Saving 核取方塊
5 選取 Save Report Profile
結果：報告現已儲存至 Report Profiles。 
刪除 Report Profile
步驟 操作
1 前往 Administration > Reports 畫面
2 在 Report Profiles 中，使用以下方法之一刪除報告：
  • 方法 1：右鍵點擊 Report Profile，然後點擊快顯功能表（Context Menu）上的 Delete
  • 方法 2：選取 Report Profile，然後點擊控制列（Control Bar）上的 Delete
  • 方法 3：點擊 Report Profile 以顯示 View Report Profile 畫面，然後點擊控制列（Control Bar）上的 Delete
3 在確認彈出式視窗中選取 Delete Profiles

結果：選取的 Report Profile 已被刪除。
