What is Fees and Charges?
Fees and Charges lets you view and analyse certain fees incurred by your organisation on ANZ products and services accessed via ANZ Transactive – Global for Australian domiciled accounts. It provides:
- A customisable dashboard showing monthly product-related fees for up to 24 months.
- Widgets for payable, receivable, other, and total fees.
- An itemised Fees and Charges Details grid listing activity types per product.
What types of fees are included?
Fees and Charges display fees related to ANZ Transactive – Global only, including payable and receivable activity. Fees for other ANZ products and services, such as account fees, are not included.
How do I access Fees and Charges?
Fees and Charges is available to eligible users from the Fees and Charges menu in ANZ Transactive – Global.
- If you don’t see the menu, your Company Administrator can enable access by assigning the 'View Fees' role to your User Permissions.
- If this role is not shown, contact your ANZ Representative for further assistance.
How often is the data refreshed?
Fees data is updated monthly on the 15th and includes fees up to the last completed calendar month. For example, if you check on 20 December, the most recent data will be for November.

How much historical data is available?
You can view up to 24 months of data. For older records, contact the ANZ Customer Service Centre.
Why does my monthly widget not display any data?
If your widget shows “(product) fees data is not available for this period”, it may be because:
- No ANZ Transactive - Global fees were charged or incurred for the selected period.
- No active Australian domiciled accounts exist for the selected period.
Can I export data from Fees and Charges?
No. The Fees and Charges data is refreshed once a month, on the 15th day of every month for all customers.
How much historical fee data is available to view?
Yes, the Fees and Charges grid can be exported to CSV using the Export icon.
Are fees shown inclusive of GST?
No. Fees displayed exclude GST.
Is Fees and Charges available on the ANZ Transactive – Global mobile app?
No, Fees and Charges is only available via the desktop version of ANZ Transactive – Global.
What browsers are supported?
Google Chrome is the recommended browser for an optimal Fees and Charges experience.
