How to gain access to the Fees and Charges menu?
If your organisation has been provisioned with access to Fees and Charges, your company Administrator can assign the “View Fees” role via the User Permissions menu. If the role is not shown, please contact your ANZ Representative for further assistance.
Is Fees and Charges available on the ANZ Transactive – Global mobile app?
No, Fees and Charges is currently only available to view in ANZ Transactive – Global in a web browser.
What browsers are supported?
Fees and Charges in ANZ Transactive – Global is officially supported through Google Chrome only.
How often is the Fees and Charges data refreshed?
Fees and Charges data is refreshed on the 15th day of every month.
Can I export data from Fees and Charges?
Yes, the Dashboard charts can be exported to PowerPoint (PPT) and the Fees and Charges Details can be exported into a CSV file.
How much historical fee data is available to view?
You can view Fees and Charges data for up to 24 months. If you require data prior to 24 months, please contact the ANZ Customer Service Centre to request additional information.
What fees are included in the Other Fees category?
The Other Fees category will display fees charged by ANZ for costs other than processing incoming and outgoing payments for each month of the selected date range, e.g., costs incurred in account set up, channel maintenance, and operational support.
Why do my charts display "data is not available for this period"?
If the charts display "data is not available for this period", this may be for one of two reasons:
- Your organisation/selected division is not being charged or has not incurred any ANZ Transactive - Global fees over the specified period.
- Your organisation/selected division does not have any active Australia domiciled accounts over the specified period.
