What is Customer Analysis?
Customer Analysis analyses your customer's spending habits based on their demographic and by postcode or region and presents this information, which is unique to your organisation, in a dashboard view.
How are Customer Analysis insights generated?
Customer Analysis insights are generated using available spending data captured from ANZ customer transactions throughout Australia. The insights presented in Customer Analysis are general in nature and contains no individual customer confidential information.
How do I access Customer Analysis?
Customer Analysis is available by application and is restricted to approved customers due to the specific nature of the data. If your organisation has been approved, you can access it from the Data Insights menu in ANZ Transactive – Global.
If you don’t see the menu, your Company Administrator can enable access by assigning the 'Strategic Insights' role to your user permissions.

How often is Customer Analysis data refreshed?
Customer Analysis data is refreshed monthly, in the second week.
How much historical data is available?
Up to 24 months.
Is Customer Analysis available on the ANZ Transactive – Global mobile app?
No. Customer Analysis is only available via the desktop version of ANZ Transactive – Global.
What browsers are supported?
Google Chrome is the recommended browser for an optimal Customer Analysis experience.
Can I export data from Customer Analysis?
Yes, the content of individual dashboard widgets can be exported to CSV using the Export icon.
