The Past Instruments screen allows you to perform a search for instruments that are in a Cancelled or Deactivated status.
- Right-click on a row to display the Context Menu where you can open an instrument in ANZ Transactive Trade / APEA.
- Click on a row to view the Instrument Details screen.

|Select the View to display search options:
|Open with Transactive Trade / APEA
|Open the selected instrument in ANZ Transactive Trade / APEA in a new tab without the need for you to login again.
|Click Search to display or hide the Advanced Search criteria fields.
|Group data on the screen by predefined criteria.
|Filter data on the screen. Enter criteria into one or more textboxes that are under each column heading to display matching records.
|Export the records on the screen into a CSV file.
|Refresh the records on the screen.
|Use Settings to save the View and Group selected.
Past Instruments Search
Click the Search button on the Control Bar to display or hide the Search criteria fields. To complete any type of search, at least one search criteria must be entered. Each search field has different criteria that can be entered or selected from an existing list.
- String values: Performs a Like search
- List values (such as Status): Performs an Equal search
- Date values: Choose from Specific Date, Date Range, Greater Than or Equal To, Less Than or Equal To
- Amount values: Choose from Equal To, Greater Than or Equal To, Less Than or Equal To, Between
To complete a search, follow the steps below.
|Enter a value into one or more of the following search criteria:
Searches on fields that are left blank, will return all available data for that field.
RESULT: A list of matching instruments are displayed. Click on an instrument to view the Instrument Details screen.
Click Reset to clear the search criteria and results.
Click Save to save the search criteria. After you have named your search, the search will be available from the View menu.

|The instrument identification number.
|The type of instrument.
|The currency of the instrument.
|The amount of the instrument.
|The current status of the instrument.
|The date the instrument was issued.
|Indicates if the instrument is confirmed - either Yes or No.
|The party associated to the instrument.
|Your reference number associated to the transaction.
|The instrument number related to or linked to the instrument.
|The organisation that owns the instrument - either the corporate name or subsidiary name.
