ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app† is available for download from the official Apple App* Store and official Google Play^ Store.
To receive the best experience using the ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app, please ensure you always have the latest version of the app installed on your device.
This app provides you with the ability to:
- View news, announcements and service notifications
- View real-time account balances
- View current and prior day account transactions
- View transaction details, including funding and beneficiary details, amounts, value date and audit history
- View term deposits, including current and historical views
- View Commercial Cards billing entities, card and transaction details
- View loan facilities, including loan summary details, interest cycles and fees
- Approve and reject transactions
- Obtain a dynamic exchange (FX)
- View the status of Payments (including International Payment Tracking) and Trade transactions for up to 30 days
- Use biometric technology to access the app via Touch/Face ID for iOS and Fingerprint recognition for Android
- Use the Contact Us menu to speak with an ANZ Representative, or retrieve our customer service contact numbers for enquiries

How to enable/disable Biometric Credentials in Settings
Biometric Credentials uses your stored Touch/Face ID for iOS and Fingerprint recognition for Android, replacing the need to enter your User ID and Password to access the app.
Please note that two-factor authentication is still required for transaction signing (i.e. approvals).
How to Enable Biometric Credentials
To enable Biometric Credentials on your ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app, follow the steps below:

2 | Tap Security |
3 | Enable Biometrics and tap OK from the pop-up window |
4 | Enter your password. RESULT: The next time you log into the app, you will log in using your biometrics instead of your User ID and Password.

How to Disable Biometric Credentials
To disable Biometric Credentials on your ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app, follow the steps below:

1 | Log in to your ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app and tap Settings from the menu |
2 | Tap Security |
3 | Disable Face ID and then tap OK from the pop-up window |
4 | Enter your password. RESULT: The next time you log into the app, you will log in using your User ID and Password instead of your biometrics.

How to enable/disable ANZ Digital Key in Settings
ANZ Digital Key allows you to approve payments, direct debits, trade transactions and Get Rate on the ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app, minimising the use of a physical token security device. For Transactive Trade users, you can also log into the ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app using ANZ Digital Key.

From 14 March 2022, ANZ Digital Key users with the latest ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app will automatically have ANZ Digital Key enabled on their ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app. To check these settings, follow the steps below:

How to disable ANZ Digital Key
From 14 March 2022, ANZ Digital Key users with the latest ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app will automatically have ANZ Digital Key enabled on their ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app. To disable this setting and revert to Token, follow the steps below:

RESULT: Your Two Factor Authentication setting has Token enabled. You can now approve transactions or Get Rate using your Token security device. For Transactive Trade users, you can also log into the ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app using your Token security device.

How to enable/disable Two-Factor Authentication login in Settings
You can further safeguard your accounts by enabling Two-Factor Authentication at login that will require a security device to access the ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app.
Users will need Version 18.0.0 of the ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app to be able to access this feature.
How to enable Two Factor Authentication at login
To enable Two Factor Authentication login, follow the steps below:

1 | Log in to your ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app and tap Settings from the menu and then tap Security |
2 | Enable Two-Factor Authentication Login and then tap Enable 2FA |
3 | Tap OK from the Info pop-up window |
4 | Use your ANZ Digital Key or physical token to approve the change. RESULT: The next time you log into the app, you will be prompted to log in with your security device.
