How to Login

STEP	ACTION
1	Go to the ANZ Transactive - Global User Log On page: https://transactive.online.anz.com/
2	Enter your User ID and click Submit
3	Log on by following one of the appropriate Log On Methods below. You will only see log on options applicable to you You will be locked out for 30 minutes after three failed password attempts Password users Enter your Password and click Log On. RESULT: The ANZ Transactive – Global Workspace is the default screen you see when you log into the application. Token users Enter your Password Press the lock and arrow button on your security device Enter your PIN to unlock your security device Press OTP to generate your One Time Password Enter your Token OTP from your security device Click Log On RESULT: The ANZ Transactive – Global Workspace is the default screen you see when you log into the application. ANZ Digital Key users Enter your Password and then click Log On Log into ANZ Digital Key app using your preferred identification method; Face ID, Fingerprint or PIN Tap Accept RESULT: The ANZ Transactive – Global workspace is the default screen you see when you log into the application.
