Create Direct Debit from Template – ANZ Digital Services Help

Method 1: Right-click on the template and click Create Direct Debit on the Context Menu
Method 2: Select the template and click Actions &gt; Create Direct Debit on the Control Bar
Method 3: Click on the template to display the Template Details screen and then click Create Direct Debit on the Control Bar.

To create a direct debit from a template that is in Approved status, follow the steps below.

STEP	ACTION
1	Go to the Receivables > Templates screen
2	Locate the template and use one of the following methods to create a direct debit: Method 1: Right-click on the template and click Create Direct Debit on the Context Menu Method 2: Select the template and click Actions > Create Direct Debit on the Control Bar Method 3: Click on the template to display the Template Details screen and then click Create Direct Debit on the Control Bar.
3	Click Yes in the confirmation pop-up window RESULT: A confirmation message is displayed advising that the direct debit has been created. You can now enter the remaining direct debit details as required.
