The Division Details screen displays the Product Settings and the Authorisation Matrix for the selected Division.

View Audit History | Displays a View Audit History pop-up window that shows the actions performed on a Division by an Administrator or ANZ. Click on the action hyperlinks to view event history information.
If you need the information in a CSV or PDF format, generate a Division Details Report.

Approve | Approve a modification made to a Division. |
Reject | Reject a modification made to a Division. |
Reports | Generate a Division Details Report. |
Close | Close the Divisions Details Screen and return to the Other Settings Screen. |

Disable Beneficiary Bank changes for Payments created from File Imports | If selected, all payments created from file imports will be restricted. Specifically, new beneficiaries cannot be added to a payment and beneficiary details cannot be changed. Note that you can still change the Amount and Lodgement Reference for the beneficiary. |
Disable Beneficiary Bank changes for Payments created from Templates | If selected, all templates created will be restricted. Specifically, new beneficiaries cannot be added to a payment and beneficiary details cannot be changed. Note that you can still change the Amount and Lodgement Reference for the beneficiary. |
Authorisation Matrix
The Authorisation Matrix shows what Authorisation Model is in place for each payment and direct debit product. Each product needs to have one of the following Authorisation Models:
- 1 to Authorise
- 2 to Authorise
- Panel which allows your organisation to setup threshold amounts and up to six approver sequences. For more information, click here.
