About Division Details
The Division Details screen provides Product Settings enablement for beneficiaries and templates approvals or disabling changes to beneficiaries within a template for file import. The screen provides a holistic view of your division's Authorisation Matrix, providing the authorisation model for products such as domestic, international payments and transfers, and features for Service Requests.

View Audit History |
Displays a View Audit History pop-up window that shows the actions performed on a Division by an Administrator or ANZ. Click on the action hyperlinks to view event history summary and where required, change values. Generate a Division Details Report to download the information to a CSV or PDF format.

Approve | Approve a modification made to a Division. |
Reject | Reject a modification made to a Division. |
Reports | Generate a Division Details Report. |
Close | Close the Divisions Details Screen and return to the Other Settings Screen. |

Approval Required for Payee List Items (Payments) | If selected, all new, modified or deleted payees in the Beneficiaries screen will need one approval before the change is implemented.

Approval Required For Payer List Items (Direct Debits) | If selected, all new, modified or deleted payers in the Payer List will need one approval before the change is implemented.

Allow PayTo Agreement approval where Ultimate Payee is not known | If selected, PayTo payee approval is required before the PayTo Agreement can be approved. |
Disable Beneficiary Bank changes for Payments created from File Imports | If selected, all payments created from file imports will be restricted. Specifically, new beneficiaries cannot be added to a payment and beneficiary details cannot be changed. Note that you can still change the Amount and Lodgement Reference for the beneficiary. |

Authorisation Matrix
The Authorisation Matrix shows what Authorisation Model is in place for each payment and direct debit product. Each product needs to have one of the following Authorisation Models:
- 1 to Authorise
- 2 to Authorise
- Panel which allows your organisation to setup threshold amounts and up to six approver sequences. For more information, click here.
