Administrators can change the Cash Management Product Settings and Authorisation Matrix for registered divisions.
Division Administrators can only view Product Settings and the Authorisation Matrix for each Division they have access to.
If your organisation is setup in a multi-division structure, Administrators can also:
Edit Division Product Settings and Authorisation Matrix
STEP | ACTION |
---|---|
1 | Go to the Administration > Other Settings screen |
2 | Click on the Division in the list |
3 | Update the Product Settings and/or Authorisation Matrix as required |
4 | Click Save on the Control Bar
RESULT: A confirmation message is displayed. The result depends on the Administration Model being used:

Approve Division Changes
If your organisation is set up with a Dual or Triple Administration Model, you will need to approve or reject the following actions performed on a Division:
- Modifying Permission Settings
- Modifying Authorisation Matrix
STEP | ACTION |
---|---|
1 | Go to the Administration > Other Settings screen |
2 | Click on the Division in the list
The Division will have a Pending Approval Workflow status.

3 | Click Approve on the Control Bar
RESULT: The change is approved and is implemented.

Reject Division Changes
If your organisation is set up with a Dual or Triple Administration Model, you will need to approve or reject the following actions performed on a Division:
- Modifying Permission Settings
- Modifying Authorisation Matrix
STEP | ACTION |
---|---|
1 | Go to the Administration > Other Settings screen |
2 | Click on the Division in the list
The Division will have a Pending Approval Workflow status.

3 | Click Reject on the Control Bar
RESULT: A Reject Division Settings changes window is displayed requesting a rejection comment.

4 | Enter your rejection comment and click Reject to confirm your action.
RESULT: The change is rejected and will not be implemented.

Division Details Report
The Division Details Report includes the Customer ID, division details, preferences, Authorisation Matrix and panel details assigned to a division. To generate a Division Details Report, follow the steps below:
STEP | ACTION |
---|---|
1 | Go to the Administration > Other Settings screen |
2 | Click on the Division in the list |
3 | Click Reports > Division Details Report on the Control Bar |
4 | If required, enter a Report Name up to 20 characters |
5 | The Report Format defaults to PDF |
6 | Click Submit
RESULT: The report will be created and available in Administration > Download Reports.
