Company Administrators must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements for each geography you operate in, and log in with a security device to perform administration tasks. Please note that this requirement does not apply to the Reject function.
About Divisions
The Division Details screen provides Product Settings enablement for beneficiaries and templates approvals or disabling changes to beneficiaries within a template for file import. The screen provides a holistic view of your division's Authorisation Matrix, providing the authorisation model for products such as domestic, international payments and transfers, and features for Service Requests.
Company Administrators can view and update the Cash Management Product Settings and Authorisation Matrix for registered divisions they have access to.

Approve Division Changes
If your organisation is set up with a Dual or Triple Administration Model, you will need to approve or reject the following actions performed on a Division:
- Modifying Permission Settings
- Modifying Authorisation Matrix
STEP | ACTION |

1 | Click Administration > Other Settings menu. |
2 | Click on a Division in the Division Settings grid with a Pending Approval status. |
3 | Click Approve on the Control Bar.
RESULT: The change is approved and is implemented.

Edit Division Product Settings and Authorisation Matrix

Reject Division Changes
If your organisation is set up with a Dual or Triple Administration Model, you will need to approve or reject the following actions performed on a Division:
- Modifying Permission Settings
- Modifying Authorisation Matrix
STEP | ACTION |

1 | Click Administration > Other Settings menu. |
2 | Click on a Division in the Division Settings grid with a Pending Approval status. |
3 | Click Reject on the Control Bar. |
4 | Enter your rejection comment and click Reject to confirm your action.
RESULT: The change to the Division Settings is rejected and will not be implemented.

Division Details Report
The Division Details Report includes the Customer ID, division details, preferences, Authorisation Matrix and panel details assigned to a division. To generate a Division Details Report, follow the steps below:

1 | Click Administration > Other Settings menu. |
2 | Click on a Division in the Division Settings grid. |
3 | Click Reports > Division Details Report on the Control Bar. |
4 | If required, enter a Report Name up to 20 characters. |
5 | The Report Format defaults to PDF. |
6 | Click Submit
RESULT: The report will be created and available in Administration > Reports.

Errors and Alerts
Error and alert messages such as 'fields validations' display information about the impacted field(s) and highlights the field(s) in red. You can update the information within the impacted field(s) and continue processing.
