ANZ strongly recommends segregating duties using multiple administrators to help reduce the risk of undetected fraudulent activities. Having a single individual perform functions within ANZ Transactive – Global can increase the risk of fraudulent activity going undetected. This includes using multiple administrators when making changes to user profiles and system settings, as well as ensuring different users are involved when creating and approving payments and direct debits. For more information, refer to Digital Services Security Feature.
Organisations using the single administration model may only appoint one Administrator, while organisations using dual or triple administration models will require a minimum of two or three Administrators to manage the channel.
