What is Transaction Analysis?
Transaction Analysis in ANZ Transactive – Global provides a consolidated view of your account transactions, showing cash flow patterns and trends to help with payment and cash flow decisions.
How do I access Transaction Analysis?
If your organisation has been provisioned with Transaction Analysis, your Company Administrator can enable access by assigning the "All Institutional Insights" role to your user permissions and to select "Yes" for Transactions. Click ‘Add Permission’ and save. Users must also have Reporting permissions. The accounts assigned to the user via BTR Reporting will be available via Transaction Analysis insights.

Transaction Analysis data is updated daily and reflects transactions up to the previous business day.
How much historical data is available?
Up to 24 months.
If you require data prior to 24 months, please contact the ANZ Customer Service Centre to request additional information.
Can I export data from Transaction Analysis?
Yes. The content of individual dashboard widgets can be exported to CSV using the Export icon.
Why is there no data showing in my widget?
If your widget displays the message 'No data matches your filters. Adjust them to see results.', then there is no data for the selected filters. Common reasons include:
The selected accounts were opened after the chosen period.
The selected accounts were closed before the chosen period.
There are no transactions for the selected accounts over the chosen period.
What exchange rate is used to calculate my balances in a non-AUD currency?
Exchange rates used to convert balances to a reference currency are indicative only.
Why can I only view 2 widgets?
The following widgets will be available when accounts across a single currency are selected:
Cash Flow by Month
Cash Flow Comparison by Period
Cash Flow by Day of Month
Why is the currency dropdown unavailable in the Cash Position by Month widget?
The currency dropdown appears only when one non-AUD currency is selected. For example, if you select USD account(s) only from the control bar, the dropdown will default to AUD, and you can also choose USD.
Is Transaction Analysis available on the ANZ Transactive global Mobile app?
No. Transaction Analysis is only available via the desktop version of ANZ Transactive – Global.

Google Chrome is the recommended browser for an optimal Transaction Analysis experience.
