How do I gain access to the Transaction Analysis menu?
If your organisation in Australia has been provisioned with Transaction Analysis, your company Administrator can assign the "All Institutional Insights" role via the User Permissions menu. In the Operation Insights field, select "Yes" for transactions.
(Users must also be permissioned with Reporting). The accounts assigned in Reporting will mirror the access for Transaction insights. For more information, please refer to Create User or Edit User to assign or remove Operational Insights role under User Permissions.
Is Transaction Analysis available on the ANZ Transactive global Mobile app?
No, Transaction Analysis s is currently only available to view in ANZ Transactive – Global web browser.
What browsers are supported?
For a better experience, we recommend accessing Transaction Analysis in ANZ Transactive – Global via Chrome for optimal results.
Is Transaction Analysis data visible in near real time?
Transaction Analysis data is updated up to the previous business date.
Can I export data from the Transaction Analysis dashboard?
Yes. The data in all widgets can be customised and exported to CSV files.
How much historical Transaction Analysis data is available to view?
You can view Transaction Analysis data for up to 24 months. If you require data prior to 24 months, please contact the ANZ Customer Service Centre to request additional information.
Why does my widget not display data?
In some cases, your widget can display ' No data matches your filters. Adjust them to see results.' There are several possible reasons this may occur:
The selected accounts are open after the specific period.
The selected accounts are closed before the specific period.
There is no transactional data for the selected period.
What exchange rate is used to calculate my balances in a non-AUD currency?
Exchange rates used to convert balances to a reference currency are indicative only.
Why can I only view 2 widgets?
The following widgets will be available when accounts across a single currency are selected:
Cash Flow by Month
Cash Flow Comparison by Period
Cash Flow by Day of Month
Why is the currency drop down unavailable for Cash Position by Month widget?
The currency dropdown will be available when only one currency (other than AUD) is selected. For example from the control bar select USD account(s) only, the dropdown will default to AUD, USD can also be selected.
