Balance and Transaction Reporting
As part of ANZ’s commitment to enhance your digital banking experience, all customers in Laos can now use account balance and transaction reporting in ANZ Transactive - Global. Account reporting in ANZ Transactive APEA will remain in place for approximately two months should you need to reference these.
The below guide will help support you with your upgrade from using reporting in ANZ Transactive APEA to utilising the functionality provided in ANZ Transactive – Global.

Payments
Please continue to create and manage payments and templates from the Asia & Pacific Payments menu in ANZ Transactive – Global.
Payment Reporting
To access your organisations payment reporting, select ANZ Transactive APEA from the Applications menu in ANZ Transactive – Global.
