ANZ Fileactive File Format Guide (version 04.2026)
We’ve made two important updates to the ANZ Fileactive File Formats Guide to support upcoming ISO20022 changes and address requirements where beneficiary details are located, effective from November 2026:
- Tag 59F (Field name: Beneficiary) – Section 6.2.6 (Page 52)
- Tag 59F (Field name: Beneficiary) – Section 6.3.5 (Page 64)
Additional notes have been included in both fields: 'There may be two type “3” address lines, however town name must not exceed 35 characters.'
Please discard any printed documents and ensure to use the latest version.
ANZ Transactive - Global
A new version of the ANZ Digital Key (ADK) app (25.1) will be released on 13 April 2026.
This update focuses on reducing taps, eliminating unnecessary touch points to sign in and streamlining your user experience through the enhancements outlined below:
- ADK Push Notification Enhancement
We are removing the need to click ‘Sign In’ button when a push notification is received when ANZ Digital Key is not open or is not in the foreground. You can now simply tap the ANZ Digital Key notification and move directly into authentication, removing the extra 'Sign in' step and speeding up access.
- Removal of Info Pop‑Up and Secondary Sign‑In Step
For verification or approval requests initiated from Transactive - Global Mobile, we are removing:
- the Info message pop‑up
- the subsequent Sign in button
This eliminates two taps and reduces friction, taking you straight from Transactive - Global Mobile into the ADK authentication flow.
- Faster Padlock Animation
The padlock animation that plays when signing in has been optimised to run for a shorter duration and only until all background processes to app entry are complete.

From Monday, 13 April, a new User ID field will display by default in the Foreign Exchange Contract Summary and Contract Advice reports in ANZ Transactive – Global. This information is available following customer feedback aimed at improving your operational oversight and record keeping.
This User ID will show your organisation’s User’s ID if booked through ANZ Transactive – Global and for contracts booked via the ANZ Sales team, the User ID will show the ANZ ID of the internal representative who booked the deal.
This enhancement will be available on the Manage Contracts and Past Contracts (FX) screens although the User ID column will not display by default and must be manually added and saved by following the steps below:
- Right‑click the Control Bar and select User ID
- Click Settings on the Control Bar and select Save to retain the view for future logins
Please note that, as this is a new enhancement, User ID data will only display for deals booked from 22 March 2026 onwards.
