What criteria is required for PayTo® hub in ANZ Transactive Global?
PayTo hub is available to customers who meet the following criteria and can be requested via a form.
- Must be an Australian customer
- Must have PayTo hub proposition through Fileactive
- Approvers must have ANZ Digital Key 2-factor authentication
Customer Administrator FAQs
How can I enable a user in ANZ Transactive Global for PayTo hub?
If PayTo hub is enabled for your organisation, a Customer Administrator can assign access to users through permission settings.
To enable a user:
- Go to Permission Settings
- Scroll to PayTo hub
- Under PayTo Initiation (Agreements & Payments), select one of the following:
- All - add access to all and any new registered Accounts, or
- Selected - access to one or more Accounts or Account Groups, or
- None - remove access to all accounts.
Optional:
- Turn on Restrict to Principal Amount Only if you want the user limited to approving refunds and claims up to the original payment amount

How can I create a custom role to initiate refunds for PayTo hub?
If PayTo hub is enabled for your organisation, a Customer Administrator can create a custom role and assign to users.
To create a custom role:
- Go to Role Details
- Scroll to Initiate Refunds and select from the following options:
- All permissions
- View - view all PayTo hub transactions and refunds
- Manage - view, create, edit, approve and reject PayTo hub transactions and refunds
- Approve - view and approve PayTo hub refunds created by another user
- Allow Self Approval - view and approve PayTo hub refunds created by the user

What administration reports are available for users with PayTo hub?
Customer Administrators can download the User Details Report and User Audit Report for PayTo hub roles and permissions.

Where can I find PayTo hub in ANZ Transactive Global?
Eligible users will see PayTo hub from the left-hand menu, with two sub-menus:
- Initiate Refunds - search and select transactions to initiate a refund
- Refunds - view, approve or reject a refund
How long does it take for the refund to be processed after approvals completed?
Refunds are processed as new Osko payments and expected to be processed in near real time.
Is PayTo hub available in the ANZ Transactive Global mobile app?
No. PayTo hub is not available in the ANZ Transactive Global mobile app.
Are there any PayTo hub cut-off times that will impact the refund?
- No. There are no cut-off times for refunds.
- Refunds are processed as new Osko payments, which are typically available 24/7, 365 days a year.
- Availability may only be impacted during planned or unplanned outages.
Are there any PayTo hub reporting capabilities available in ANZ Transactive Global?
From the Initiate Refunds and Refunds screen, you can export the screen grid contents into CSV.

No. PayTo hub alerts and notifications are not available in ANZ Transactive Global.
Are there any PayTo hub widgets available?

What date range can I use to search for transactions?
You can search transactions from the past 2 years.
- Maximum 3 months per search range
- Run multiple searches to cover the full period
Can I process multiple partial refunds for the one transaction?
No. Currently, you cannot process multiple refunds for the one transaction.
