June Announcements 2026

From 1 June 2026, the Upload Beneficiaries feature will only be available via Payments > File Import Summary, allowing you to manage your beneficiary uploads in one place. 

This means the Upload Beneficiaries option will no longer appear in the Beneficiaries section of the Payments menu.

This feature is still available to you: 

1. Click Payments 
2. Click File Import Summary 
3. Click Upload File from the Control Bar 
4. Click Upload Beneficiaries File

From 6 June 2026, reports and notifications requested in PDF format and scheduled for email delivery will be delivered as encrypted PDF files instead of encrypted .zip attachments.

This change allows PDF files to be opened directly on most devices (including mobiles and tablets) without additional software. 

This change applies to all existing and future scheduled ANZ Transactive – Global reports in PDF format, as well as Credit and Debit Advices.

What is not changing:

• You will continue to use your existing report retrieval code
• Email subject lines, sender details, content, and file naming remain the same
• Non‑PDF reports will continue to be delivered as encrypted .zip files
