When will I get access to ANZ Transactive – Global?
All ANZ Transactive Cash Asia users have access to ANZ Transactive – Global using your existing ANZ Transactive Cash Asia user credentials. You can view and manage your account balance and transaction reporting, with more features being added in the coming months, such as payments and credit advices.
How do I get access to ANZ Transactive - Global?
All existing ANZ Transactive Cash Asia users will be upgraded to ANZ Transactive – Global. Using your existing ANZ Transactive Cash Asia user credentials, logon to ANZ Transactive - Global.
- For consolidated channel sites, you can use your existing user credentials to access all your entitled sites, accounts, and features in the one digital platform.
- For segregated channel sites, you can use your existing user credentials to access your Australia and/or New Zealand site, and a separate user profile for your other site.
- Users with ANZ Digital Key (ADK) can switch between User IDs on the ANZ Digital Key app.
- Users with Tokens will require a separate token for each user profile you maintain.

Based on your user entitlements, you can view and manage your account balance and transaction reporting, with more features being added in the coming months, such as payments and credit advices.
How will I be informed of additional features available to me in ANZ Transactive – Global?
Based on your user entitlements, features will be available to you in a staged approach. You will receive a communication either via email, an in-channel announcement and regular updates to 'Upgrading from ANZ Transactive Cash Asia' help content.
Do I need new user logon details to access ANZ Transactive – Global?
All ANZ Transactive Cash Asia users have access to ANZ Transactive – Global using your existing ANZ Transactive Cash Asia user credentials.
- For consolidated channel sites, you can use your existing user credentials to access all your entitled sites, accounts, and features in the one digital platform.

If staff in your organisation would like to receive advices, they will need to apply for an ANZ Transactive – Global User ID, log in and subscribe to receive advices and notifications as required.

You can now download the ANZ Transactive mobile app† from the official Apple App* Store and official Google Play^ Store, if available in your geography. All ANZ Transactive Cash Asia users who have access to balance and transaction reporting today, can download the ANZ Transactive mobile app† from the official Apple App* Store and official Google Play^ Store, if available in your geography. Based on your user credentials, you can view your balance and transaction reporting from the Accounts menu. You will soon be able to view and approve payments through the app, once available.

What is a Dynamic Rate?
Dynamic rates will replace carded rates in Hong Kong and Singapore, allowing you to obtain real-time foreign exchange rates for cross-currency payments less than or equal to US$500k.
If using a Dynamic rate, after a payment is fully approved it will move into a Needs Rate status and a user with appropriate entitlements will then “Get Rate” to lock in the Dynamic rate displayed in ANZ Transactive – Global.

When creating Hong Kong RTGS (CHATS) payments in ANZ Transactive Cash Asia, we needed to add the branch code to the beneficiary’s account number. Is this required in ANZ Transactive – Global?
In ANZ Transactive – Global, you do not need to add a branch code to the beneficiary’s account number for Hong Kong RTGS (CHATS) payments.
My payment has failed due to Insufficient Funds and we didn't Resubmit the payment on the same Value Date. Will the Value Day roll-over to the next available business day?
No, if a payment fails due to Insufficient Funds and you don't Resubmit the payment on the same Value Day after funds are available, the payment status will automatically change to Bank Rejected. Please re-create your payment using Copy and repeat the approval process.

You can run and schedule payment reports from different report menus for different jurisdictions.

- AU, CN and NZ will move to Payment Reports in late 2025.

Credit Advice Changes
What is the impact to the Credit Advice when the payment involves Foreign Exchange (FX)?
Where a payment involves Foreign Exchange (FX), there will be a period of time where the Credit Advice will not display the following:
- Exchange Rate: This can be calculated by dividing the Payment Amount by the Credited Amount
- FX Contract Number: If you require the FX Contract Number, please contact eBanking Support
- Currency of the Transaction: The opening sentence will show “INWARD TT" or “INWARD RTGS” as appropriate. The currency of the transaction is shown under Transaction Amount.
