When will I get access to ANZ Transactive – Global?
All ANZ Transactive Cash Asia users have access to ANZ Transactive – Global using your existing ANZ Transactive Cash Asia user credentials. You can view and manage your account balance and transaction reporting, with more features being added in the coming months, including payments and credit advices.
How do I get access to ANZ Transactive - Global?
All existing ANZ Transactive Cash Asia users will be upgraded to ANZ Transactive – Global.
In most cases you will use your existing user credentials to access your entitled sites, accounts, and features in the one digital platform. However, if your organisation has a regional presence and is not consolidating with one or your Australia and/or New Zealand sites, a separate user profile may be created to access cash management in Asia. We have non-channel staff who receive credit and debit advices. How will this work when we are upgraded to ANZ Transactive – Global?
If staff in your organisation would like to receive advices, they will need to apply for an ANZ Transactive – Global User ID, log in and subscribe to receive advices and notifications as required.

How do I get access to Payments in ANZ Transactive – Global?

Why do I have access to the Payments and Asia & Pacific Payments menus?
- The Payments menu is used to create and manage payments in Australia, China, India, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, and Vietnam.
- The Asia & Pacific Payments menu is used to create and manage:
- Cash Management payments in Indonesia, Laos, the Pacific Islands, and Taiwan.
- Cross Border Fund Transfer (Import Payments) in India.
What is a Dynamic Rate?
Dynamic rates will replace carded rates in Hong Kong and Singapore, allowing you to obtain real-time foreign exchange rates for cross-currency payments less than or equal to US$500k.
If using a Dynamic rate, after a payment is fully approved it will move into a Needs Rate status and a user with appropriate entitlements will then “Get Rate” to lock in the Dynamic rate displayed in ANZ Transactive – Global. For step-by-step instructions, video and FAQs, please refer to Get Rate.
When creating Hong Kong RTGS (CHATS) payments in ANZ Transactive Cash Asia, we needed to add the branch code to the beneficiary’s account number. Is this required in ANZ Transactive – Global?
In ANZ Transactive – Global, you do not need to add a branch code to the beneficiary’s account number for Hong Kong RTGS (CHATS) payments.
My payment has failed due to insufficient funds and we did not resubmit the payment on the same value date. Will the value date roll-over to the next available business day?
No, if a payment fails due to insufficient funds and you do not resubmit the payment on the same value Day after funds are available, the payment status will automatically change to Bank Rejected. Please re-create your payment by selecting Copy and repeat the approval process.
Why am I not able to submit my Foreign Exchange (FX) Payment?
Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your account to make the payment and validate the beneficiary currency is supported. Outward payments are not available for the following unsupported currencies per geography:

My payment has remained in an “in processing” status. What should I do?

Why am I unable to use the Get Rate function for an international payment?

Why has my international payment not been processed?
If you are using a Dynamic Rate to fund a cross-currency payment, you must perform the Get Rate function prior to currency cut off on the day of processing. For future dated international payments, you must get the rate on the processing date.
I forgot to process my international payment yesterday. What should I do?
If your payment is in a Draft, Needs Repair or Approval Rejected status, you can edit the payment and change the value date, and have the payment re-approved.

You can run and schedule payment reports from different report menus for different jurisdictions.

Credit Advice Changes
What is the impact to the Credit Advice when the payment involves Foreign Exchange (FX)?
Until you upgrade to ANZ Transactive – Global for payments, your Credit Advice for payments involving Foreign Exchange (FX) will not display the following:
- Exchange Rate: This can be calculated by dividing the Payment Amount by the Credited Amount
- FX Contract Number: If you require the FX Contract Number, please contact eBanking Support
- Currency of the Transaction: The opening sentence will show “INWARD TT" or “INWARD RTGS” as appropriate. The currency of the transaction is shown under Transaction Amount.
I have not received a copy of my credit advice. What can I do?
Ensure you set up an alert to receive credit advices. Please refer to the User Settings Notifications and Alerts article for information to receive this.
