This article details the features you currently use in the Admin menu in ANZ Transactive Cash Asia and the changes you need to know about when you upgrade to ANZ Transactive – Global.
The delivery of features will be provided in a phased approach, and the content will be updated from time to time to reflect the most up-to-date and relevant information.
Administration in ANZ Transactive – Global
After you have upgraded to payments in ANZ Transactive – Global, you will have the opportunity to use the Administration function to manage various product configurations, user access management, and system settings.

General
There are two types of Administrators:
- Reporting Administrators can view information in all menus (apart from Create User) and can run and schedule reports.

Company Administrators have a range of responsibilities that help manage various product configurations, user access management, and system settings. Company Administrators can perform various tasks including:
- User Access Management: Create Company Managed password only users*. Manage user access including password resets*, edit user profiles, and enable, disable and delete user access.
- User Permissions: Manage User Permissions by defining the system roles and permissions to accounts, reports and other features.
- Custom Roles: Create and manage custom roles specific to your organisation's requirements.
- Account Groups: Create Account Groups and assign the group to users with permissions to the selected accounts.
- Product Configurations: Manage product settings and payment Authorisation Matrixes for each Division that you are entitled to.
- Authorisation Panels: Create and manage Authorisation Panels for payments and direct debit requests.

Confidential Data Groups:
Available for Australia and New Zealand payments only.Create Confidential Data Groups. Confidential Data Groups enable you to have more complex ways of restricting access to templates and payments than Domestic Salary Payments. Users can be entitled to one or more Confidential Data Group(s) and can then tag a template or payment to a Confidential Data Group. Only users with access to a particular Confidential Data Group will be able to view and action templates and payments tagged with the group.
*Only available for Australia and New Zealand company users and for organisations that have consolidated with an Australia and/or New Zealand site.
Users who access one of the following Admin reports in ANZ Transactive Cash Asia will be given an Administration Reporting role in ANZ Transactive – Global:
- Client Profile Summary Report
- Corporation Profile Summary Report
These users will be able to view information in all menus and run reports available in Administration.

A new ANZ Transactive Global Application - Self Service Form will be available soon and will allow you to add Administration to your site, along with electing your Company Administrators and Reporting Administrators.

Create User |
The Create User menu will only be visible for organisations that have consolidated with an Australia and/or New Zealand site.
The Create User screen allows Company Administrators to create password only users (available for Australia and New Zealand company users only). |
Role Management | The Role Management screen lists system and custom roles, showing the permissions for each role. Company Administrators can create and edit custom roles. |
Account Management | The Account Management screen provides a list of eligible account numbers assigned to your organisation. Company Administrators can:

Account Group Management | The Account Group Management screen lists all Account Groups created and managed by your organisation. Company Administrators can logically group a set of accounts together, e.g., by currency, workstream or usage. You can then assign the account group to one or more users. When an account group is modified to add or remove accounts, this is reflected in all users that have permissions to the account group. |
Other Settings |
The Other Settings menu is not available for Indonesia and Taiwan customers.
The Other Settings screen allows a Company Administrator to do the following:

Reports | The Reports screen allows a Company Administrator to create, schedule, manage, and email User reports.
User reports for Indonesia and Taiwan customers will only show information relating to logging in and out of the system and balance and transaction reporting.

Disable Beneficiary Bank changes for Payments created from File Imports | If selected, all payments created from file imports will be restricted. Specifically, new beneficiaries cannot be added to a payment and beneficiary details cannot be changed. Note that you can still change the Amount and Lodgement Reference for the beneficiary. |
Disable Beneficiary Bank changes for Payments created from Templates | If selected, all templates created will be restricted. User Permissions
- A Domestic Salary Payment and/or International Salary Payment tile on the Create Payment screen:

- An Import as Salary Payment checkbox on the Upload Payment File screen that needs to be selected when importing a payment file:
* Excluding accounts domiciled in Indonesia and Taiwan.
- Users will not be able to see accounts domiciled in Singapore if users are not logged on with two-factor authentication (2FA).
- Users with access to accounts domiciled in India, Hong Kong, Philippines, Singapore and Vietnam will need to be logged on with two-factor authentication (2FA) from the end of April 2025.
