Regular reviews ensure active users have the right permissions for their roles. Disabling or deleting inactive users helps prevent unauthorised access and reduces the risk of security breaches, protecting your organisation's accounts and information.
Administrator responsibilities
Administrators help manage your organisation’s ANZ Transactive – Global users and system settings. The tasks an Administrator can complete depend on the type of role they have been assigned.
The four Administrator roles define what each role can do and how they help manage your organisation’s users and accounts.
Refer to our Administrator Checklist for a practical guide outlining key activities and responsibilities.
Things you need to know
All Administrators need to meet a few requirements:
- Administrators must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements for each geography you operate in
- All users with an Administration role need to log in with a security device to perform administration tasks
- ANZ assigns Administration roles, and the user must be ANZ Managed.
- If your organisation uses both Cash Management and Commercial Cards, you’ll need:
- one Cash Management Administration role, and
- one Commercial Cards Administration role
to manage all users across both product sets.
- Commercial Cards User Administrators can only manage Commercial Cards users with the same or lower Billing Entity entitlements
