Administrator requirements
- Know Your Customer (KYC) - You must complete KYC requirements for each geography your organisation operates in
- Security device - You must use a security device to sign in and perform administrator tasks
Role assignment
- ANZ assigns Administrator roles to users
- If you need an administrator role assigned or updated, contact your ANZ representative or Customer Service Centre
Managing Commercial Cards users
Customer Administrators can:
- view and manage users with access to ANZ Transactive Global, including users with Commercial Cards roles
- add, modify and remove customer-managed Commercial Cards roles such as Reporting Officer and Authorised to Enquire
- grant users access to Commercial Cards Billing Entity linked to your site
Role-specific permissions
- Commercial Cards User Administrators can only manage Commercial Cards users who have the same or lower Billing Entity entitlements
- Division Administrators can view and manage Commercial Card users within their Division

Company Administrators can perform various tasks including:
