User Management allows Administrators in your organisation to view and manage users who have access to ANZ Transactive – Global.
- Right-click on a row to display the Context Menu where you can select the following actions: View, Edit, Delete, Disable, Enable, Approve, Reject, Generate Password, View Audit History or generate a Audit Report, User Activity Report, User Details Report or User Summary Report.
- Click on a row to view the User Details screen.
- View User Workflow Statuses here.
Control Bar
CONTROL BAR ITEM | DESCRIPTION |

View | Change the View if you are looking for a user in a particular:

New | Click New to create a user. |
Approve | Approve an action made to a user. |
Generate Password | Generate a password for a user. |
Reports | Click Reports to request an Audit Report, User Activity Report, User Details Report, or User Summary Report for one or more selected users. |
Actions | Use the Actions menu to perform an action on a selected user: View, Edit, Delete, Disable, Enable, Approve, Reject, Generate Password or View Audit History. |
Group | Group data on the screen by predefined criteria. |
Filter | Filter data on the screen. Enter criteria into one or more text boxes that are under each column heading to display matching records. |
Export | Export the records on screen into a CSV file. |
Refresh | Refresh the records on screen. |
Settings | Use Settings to save the View and Group selected. |

User ID | The unique ID assigned to the user. |
First Name | The user's first name. |
Last Name | The user's surname or family name. |
Preferred Name | The user's preferred name. |
User Credentials | A user’s credentials. This can be Password or Security Device and Password or Security Device. |
User Status | The current status of the user. Refer to User Statuses for more details. |
Workflow | The last action performed on the user by an Administrator. Refer to User Workflow Statuses for more details. |
Country or Region | The country of the user's address. |
User Details
To view user details from the User Management screen, select a user in the list. The User Details screen groups a user’s information into the following categories:
User Summary
FIELD | DESCRIPTION |

User ID | The User ID used by the user to log into ANZ Transactive – Global. |
Status | The current status of the user. Refer to the User Status article for a description of each User Status. |
Workflow | The last action performed on the user by an Administrator. Refer to the User Status article for a description of each Workflow. |
User Credentials | Details what type of user credentials are assigned to the user, e.g. Password, Security Device & Password, Security Device.
Click to determine the Security Device type, e.g. Soft Token, Digipass Token |
Managed By | Displays ‘Company Managed’ if the user is Company Managed or ‘ANZ Managed’ if the user is ANZ Managed. |
User Details
FIELD | DESCRIPTION |

First Name | The user’s first name. |
Last Name | The user’s surname or family name. |
Preferred Name | The user’s preferred name. |
Email Address | The user’s registered email address. |
User ID | The unique ID assigned to the user. |
Address | The user’s registered address. |
Mobile Number | The user’s registered country calling code and mobile phone number. |
User Permissions (Roles and Permission Settings)
The User Permissions section displays the roles assigned to a user. For more information on roles and permission settings, click here.
FIELD | DESCRIPTION |

Role Name | The role assigned to the user, e.g. All Entitlements, Reporting Officer. |
Role Description | A description of the role. |
Product Family | The product family of the role: Cash Management, Customer Administration, Commercial Cards, Loans, Clearing Services, or FX Contracts. |
Division | The Division that the role, product family and resources are registered to. |
Role Type | The type of role. This can be System (managed by ANZ) or Custom (self-managed). |
Permission Settings | Click the Settings icon to view Permission Settings which specify the attributes a user is entitled to while performing a task. An "attribute" is an account, loan, term deposit, billing entity, Confidential Data Group, approval discretion, payment purpose (standard or payroll) or contract. Authorisation Group
If your organisation uses Authorisation Panels to approve payments and direct debit requests, the Authorisation Group (A-J) assigned to the user is displayed.
This is only visible if the user has authorise permissions for payments and/or direct debit requests.
User Details Control Bar
The control bar items displayed are determined by the workflow status of the user.

Edit | Edit a user's details (Company Managed only), roles, permission settings and Authorisation Group. |
Approve | Approve changes to a user who is in a Pending Approval Workflow Status. |
Reject | Reject changes to a user who is in a Pending Approval Workflow Status. |
Delete | Delete a user. |
Disable | Disable a user. |
Enable | Enable a user who has a Disabled User Status. |
Generate Password | Generate a password for a user. |
View Audit History | Displays a View Audit History pop-up window that shows the actions performed on a user by an Administrator or ANZ. Click on the action hyperlinks to view event history information.
If you need the information in a CSV or PDF format, generate an Audit History Report.

Click View Security Device to view Security Device Type, Status, Description and Serial Number. |
Close | Close the User Details screen and return to the User Management screen. |
