Why can't I see the Commercial Cards menu?
If the Menu is not visible, this will be for one of two reasons:
- Your organisation has not been provisioned with access; or
- Your user profile has not been provisioned with the appropriate access including:
- Authorised Signatory
- Authorised Signatory & Identification Officer
- Identification Officer
- Reporting Officer
- Authorisation to Enquire
Your Administrator can confirm if your organisation has been provisioned by viewing the list of available roles in the Role Management screen. If the Role is not shown, please contact your ANZ Representative for further assistance.

As an Administrator, can I create a custom Commercial Cards role?
Currently only Cash Management (payments, receivables, balance and transaction reporting and term deposit reporting) custom roles can be created. For more information, please refer to Create Role.
As an Administrator, why can’t I see users who have a Commercial Cards role?
As an Administrator, to view users who also have a Commercial Cards role assigned, you must also have a User Administrator role provisioned to your profile to manage these users.

Why am I unable to create a Service Request?
Your user entitlements manage Service Requests for Commercial Cards. For more information, please refer to Commercial Cards Roles & Settings.
Please note that some Service Requests are not available for some Commercial Card products. ANZ Single Use Card is available for eligible customers and will be available for Card Limit Change, Cancel Card and Statement Preferences service requests only.

Service Requests are stored for two years.

Why does my Commercial Cards Billing Entity Status appear as inactive?
For new Commerical Cards account opening, the status will show Inactive until you have processed a transaction. Once a transaction has been processed, the status will automatically update to Active.

What is the expected delivery time to receive my new Commercial Card?
- Australia - The expected delivery time is 2-3 business days from initiating a new Commercial Cards Service Request in ANZ Transactive - Global, and upon ANZ's approval process
- New Zealand - The expected delivery time is 10-12 business days from initiating a new Commercial Cards Service Request in ANZ Transactive - Global, and between 5-7 working days from receipt of a completion message

What is the expected processing time to receive my new Commercial Card?
- Australia - Once the New Cardholder Request is received, the cardholder can expect to receive their Commercial Card within 2-3 business days
- New Zealand - Once the New Cardholder Request is received, the cardholder can expect to receive their Commercial Card within 5-7 business days

How much historical information is available in the Electronic Statement?
You can view your Commercial Card Electronic Statement information for up to 2 years / 24 months. For statements prior to this duration, please contact your ANZ Representative.
Can I redirect my Commercial Card to another address?
If your Commercial Card request includes an incorrect mailing address, please contact your ANZ Representative immediately.

Can I transfer funds in ANZ Transactive – Global to my Commercial Card?
No. ANZ Transactive – Global does not have the functionality / capability to transfer funds directly to your Commercial Card, however you can initiate a direct credit, which will take up to two business days.
