- Your organisation has not been provisioned with access; or
- Your user profile has not been provisioned with the appropriate access including:
- Authorised Signatory
- Authorised Signatory & Identification Officer
- Identification Officer
- Reporting Officer
- Authorisation to Enquire
Your Administrator can confirm if your organisation has been provisioned by viewing the list of available roles in the Role Management screen. If the Role is not shown, please contact your ANZ Representative for further assistance.

To enhance security ANZ sends a one-time password (OTP) via SMS to the registered mobile number for transaction approval.
Please note, the mobile number field must be a 10-digit number starting with 04.

Australia - Once a Commercial Cards Service Request for a New Cardholder is received and approved in ANZ Transactive – Global, the expected delivery time is:
- Domestic: 2–3 business days
- International: 7–10 business days

New Zealand - Once a Commercial Cards Service Request for a New Cardholder in ANZ Transactive – Global is approved (and a completion message is received), the expected delivery time is:
- Domestic: Domestic: 5–7 business days
- International: 10–15 business days
