Why am I unable to create a Service Request?
Your user entitlements manage Service Requests for Commercial Cards. For more information, please refer to Commercial Cards Roles & Settings.
Please note that some Service Requests are not available for some Commercial Card products. ANZ Single Use Card is available for eligible customers and will be available for Card Limit Change, Cancel Card and Statement Preferences service requests only.

How long are Commercial Cards Service Requests stored in the system?
Service Requests are stored for two years.
Which Commercial Cards are available in ANZ Transactive - Global?
The following Commercial Cards are available:
- ANZ Corporate Card
- ANZ Single Use Card
- ANZ Travel Account
- ANZ Visa Purchasing Card
- ANZ Virtual Card
Why does my Commercial Cards Billing Entity Status appear as inactive?
For new Commerical Cards account opening, the status will show Inactive until you have processed a transaction. Once a transaction has been processed, the status will automatically update to Active.
