What permissions does a user need to view the Alias Management menu?
If eligible, company administrators can adjust a users permissions. They can edit a Cash Management role to grant a user access to one or more accounts for Alias Management, located under the Receivables menu:

Where is the Alias Name derived from?
The Alias Name is the legal entity name of the account that is linked to the Alias ID.
What happens if the account legal entity name is updated?
Changes to the account's legal entity name will not be automatically updated on the Alias ID. To reflect the updated name, the existing Alias ID must be deregistered and re-created.
