What is Cash Flow Insights?
Cash Flow Insights in ANZ Transactive Global helps you understand and anticipate your cash position by combining historical transaction data with simple moving average forecasts.
How do I access Cash Flow Insights?
If your organisation has been provisioned with Cash Flow Insights, your Company Administrator can enable access by assigning the "All Institutional Insights" role to your user permissions and to select "Yes" for Transactions. Click ‘Add Permission’ and save.
Users must also have Reporting permissions. The accounts assigned to the user via BTR Reporting will be available via Cash Flow Insights.

How often is Cash Flow Insights data refreshed?
Cash Flow Insights data is updated daily and reflects transactions up to the previous business day.
How much historical data is available?
Up to 12 months. If you require data prior to 12 months, please contact the ANZ Customer Service Centre to request additional information.
If an account was recently closed, will this account be included in the data?
Cash Flow Insights data is sourced from open and closed accounts.
Forecast data is unavailable for closed accounts.

Can I export/download data from Cash Flow Insights?
Yes. The content of each widget can be exported to CSV using the Download icon.
Why is there no data showing in my widget?
If your widget displays the message 'No data matches your filters. Adjust them to see results.', then there is no data for the selected filters. Common reasons include:
- The selected accounts were opened in the current week or month.
- There are no transactions for the selected accounts over the past 12 months or 13 weeks.
- The selected accounts were closed in the following time range:
- last 13 weeks - when weekly view is selected
- last 12 months - when monthly view is selected
What currency can I view the data in the widgets?
The widgets will display data based on the currency nominated in the Balances widget.

No. Cash Flow Insights is only available via the desktop version of ANZ Transactive Global.
