February Announcements 2025

From Monday 16 December 2024, users in Australia and New Zealand with Create FX Contracts or Create & Manage FX Contracts entitlements were given the ability to view their Foreign Currency Account Balances when creating an FX contract.

From 1 February 2025, this feature was also made available to users while they extend or pre-deliver a contract.

In the Create Contract and Manage Contracts screens, users can now view the accounts they are entitled to, with the ability to refresh the balances and filter accounts by Account Name, Account ID, Currency or Account Balance as needed.

The updated File Format Guide version 02.2025 for web users is now available.

Users in Hong Kong and Singapore who have been upgraded to ANZ Transactive - Global and wish to upload payment files directly in the channel, can now use the 'Asia payments file format' specifications to prepare their payment upload files.

Content for India, Philippines and Vietnam will be added in a subsequent version. A separate MT101 document is now available for customers in Hong Kong and Singapore. Please refer to the File Format Guides article for more information.

ANZ Digital Key is now available to customers in Taiwan. ANZ Digital Key is a security device in the form of an App that is installed on a mobile device, enabling digital channel users to logon and authenticate ANZ Digital channel activities and transactions using Face ID, Fingerprint or PIN. Using ANZ Digital Key as a digital token replaces the need to carry a physical security device.
