ANZ Fileactive Portal
The ANZ Fileactive Portal is a digital banking solution that allows eligible users to upload files for processing in ANZ Transactive – Global. You can access the ANZ Fileactive Portal by logging into ANZ Transactive – Global with your User ID and token, clicking on the Applications menu and selecting the ANZ Fileactive tile. Once transactions are initiated in the ANZ Fileactive Portal, files can be accessed, managed and approved via ANZ Transactive – Global.
How to Login
When logged into ANZ Transactive – Global, click Applications from the menu, then click on the ANZ Fileactive application:

How to Upload a File
If you use PGP encryption when uploading files, the encryption is automatically applied during the upload process.

| 1 | Click File Upload on the Application Banner:
The File Upload screen displays:

| 2 | Select your Customer name from the Customer drop-down menu. |
| 3 | Select the File Definition or Division the payment will be made from.
A list of Divisions registered to your ANZ Transactive – Global organisation is available in the Other Settings Screen. Please contact ANZ if you have any enquiries regarding the available Divisions.

| 4 | Drag and drop up to 10 files to upload or select the Click Here hyperlink to choose a file from a folder location.
If an error is made, click Clear Files to clear the uploaded files. |
| 5 | Click Submit Files.
A Files Submitted confirmation displays.

| 6 | Click Finish on the Files Submitted pop-up window. |
| 7 | Click on the ANZ Transactive – Global browser tab and go to the Current Payments screen to view and approve the payment(s):

How to Logout
To ensure your session ends securely, please remember to log out correctly after using the ANZ Fileactive Portal. If you close the browser tab instead of using the Log Off button, the portal will continue to consider your session active for a brief period. Always click Log Off to exit the session securely:
