- ANZ Fileactive Portal will open in a separate web browser tab to ANZ Transactive Global.
- ANZ Transactive Global web browser will log out after 15 minutes of inactivity.
- If you use PGP encryption, the encryption is automatically applied during the upload file process.
About ANZ Fileactive Portal
The ANZ Fileactive Portal is a digital banking solution that allows eligible users to upload existing payment files, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) configured files, and submit to ANZ Transactive Global for approval and processing.
To access ANZ Fileactive Portal, click Applications from the ANZ Transactive Global menu, then click ANZ Fileactive.

Upload File
To upload a file, logon to ANZ Transactive Global.

| 1 | Click Applications > ANZ Fileactive. The Fileactive Portal will open in a new web browser tab. |

| 2 | Click File Upload on the Application Banner. | |||||||||
| 3 | Select Customer name. | |||||||||
| 4 | Select the File Definition as Payment File Upload. | |||||||||
| 5 | Attach file(s):

| 6 | Click Submit Files to submit the file(s) to ANZ Transactive Global.

| 7 | Click Finish on the Files Submitted pop-up window. | |||||||||
| 8 | Click Logs > Task Dashboard from the Application Banner to view the file logs.
For any failed upload files, please contact your ANZ Representative.

| 9 | Click Log Off to exit out of the ANZ Fileactive Portal securely, before closing the ANZ Fileactive tab. | |||||||||
