About Divisions
Divisions in ANZ Transactive – Global offer independent settings that reflect your organisation's hierarchical structure, facilitating management of multiple sub-groups, joint ventures, and subsidiaries.
Setting up multiple Divisions in ANZ Transactive - Global should be considered for the following requirements:
- The need for strong segregation between Divisions
- The need for different Administrators for groups of users
Division Administration Overview
Company Administrators perform the following Division related activities in ANZ Transactive – Global:
- Assign roles to users that define what activities they can undertake, such as approving payments. For each role, the Administrator can specify whether it applies to one or more divisions.
- Allocate accounts to Divisions.
- View and update Cash Management Product Settings and Authorisation Matrix.
There are multiple Administration types, each with distinct access levels to divisions and Administration settings.

- Customer Admin is the only Administrator who is given access to all divisions. All other Administration roles have access to entitled divisions only.
- Customer Admin is the only Administrator who can allocate accounts to divisions and update the Cash Management Product Settings and Authorisation Matrix.
- Division Admin is only beneficial for customers with users belonging to a single Division and who do not require access to additional Divisions.
How Divisions work when creating a payment
Users can create and manage payments within the divisions they are entitled to and according to the role they have assigned.
