- Users can download Loans e-statements for eligible deals that are assigned to the Users Permissions.
- The Facility Summary reports can also be generated from the Facility Summary Screen. Please refer to Create and schedule Account Reports.
About Loans e-Statements
Loans e-Statements allow you to generate electronic statements for eligible Australian domiciled loan deals and are available for statements issued from 1 October 2025.
You can download statements in multiple date ranges in PDF format within the Loans menu.
To generate a Loan e-Statement, follow the steps below:

| 2 | Select a deal from the drop-down list or type in the deal number, name or currency, and select deal |

Select a date range. Choose from:

Click Get Statements RESULT: A list of statements issued for the date range is displayed |

Click the row to download the Loans e-Statement
RESULT: The PDF statement is available to open or save.
