Payment Approvals, now on mobile
As part of ANZ’s commitment to enhance your digital banking experience, eligible users in Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore and Vietnam can soon approve payments securely, wherever you are, using the ANZ Transactive - Global mobile app.
From the new Approvals menu, you will be able to:
- View & search your organisations payments pending approval.
- Approve or reject payments and direct debits* pending approval.
- Obtain dynamic FX rates# for cross-currency payments.
- View payment history, including payment status via History menu.
*Direct Debit approvals available in Singapore only.

Things to know
- Available to eligible users with payment approval access.
- Uses your existing ANZ Transactive – Global user entitlements.
- Visibility to Approvals menu in the mobile app.
- Available to approve all country/region specific payment types, excluding Multibank.
- No additional forms to complete.
- Each country/region will be enabled in stages:
- Singapore & Hong Kong [approx. Mid-May].
- India, Philippines & Vietnam [approx. Mid-June].
- Indonesia [post June].
You will receive an email once your organisation goes live with this permission. - ANZ Digital Key uses a separate mobile app.
What you need to do
- If you already have the ANZ Transactive – Global mobile app, and have existing payment approval entitlements, you do not have to do anything. The Approvals menu will be available from the designated go‑live date, once your organisation is enabled with the permission.
- If you do not have the ANZ Transactive – Global mobile app, download it from your preferred app store. To learn more, visit Mobile Overview for download and set-up instructions.

Payments with supporting documents
When attempting to approve a payment with attached documents in the mobile app, you will receive the following notification:
'This payment may include supporting documents. To view these documents, please log in to ANZ Transactive - Global Web'.
To review the attached documents, log into ANZ Transactive - Global web, alternatively approve the payment in the mobile app.

Multibank payment type can only be approved via ANZ Transactive – Global web and are not available for approval in the mobile app.
