ANZ Transactive Global
Check back here regularly for the latest updates in ANZ Transactive Global. Explore new features, improvements, upcoming enhancements, and important announcements to help you stay informed and get the most out of your day-to-day banking.
From 3 August, eligible Australian Institutional ANZ Transactive Global customers can create new users and upgrade existing users to ANZ Managed through the Administration menu.
Electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) - the linked digital identity verification process used where required when creating or upgrading users - is also being upgraded. eKYC will support ePassports from 48 countries for Australian identity verification requirements. Availability in New Zealand is planned for later this year.
Individual users with a compatible iPhone or Android mobile device can securely scan the embedded chip in their ePassport to verify their identity digitally. This new option complements the existing passport and driver’s licence identity verification document options available through eKYC.
These enhancements will make it easier for customers to create and manage ANZ Transactive Global users while expanding access to digital identity verification. Reducing manual verification requirements delivers a faster, more convenient customer experience.
Eligible Administrators received email communications from 28 July with information about creating and upgrading ANZ Managed users and eKYC.
Please note: Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is not mandatory. Company Managed (password only) users are not required to upgrade to ANZ Managed users (2FA) as part of this enhancement.
For more information on when 2FA is required, visit our User Types, Roles & Identity Verification article.
