If you have forgotten your password or your password has been locked, ANZ Managed users can follow the steps below to have a new password sent to you. For Company Managed users, please contact your Company Administrator to Generate a Password.
You must have an email address and mobile phone number registered with ANZ to use this service. If you do not receive an email or SMS code, please contact our Customer Service Centre.
STEP | ACTION |

1 | Click Forgot Password on the Digital Services Log On screen OR on the security Log On Method screen. RESULT: Verify Email Address is displayed.

2 | Enter your registered Email Address and then click Next. RESULT: The Verify Identity screen is displayed. You will receive a verification code via your registered email address.

3 | Enter your temporary case sensitive verification code received via your registered email address and then click Next. Your verification code will expire in 5 minutes.
After 3 failed attempts, please contact our Customer Service Centre.
RESULT: A temporary password will be sent to your registered mobile number and the Password Sent screen is displayed.

4 | Click Continue. |
5 | Enter your Old Password (temporary password), New Password and Confirm New Password: Passwords must:

6 | Click Save.
RESULT: Your password has been changed and you can log in using the new password.
