You must have an email address and mobile phone number registered with ANZ to use this service. If you do not receive your verification code via email, please contact our Customer Service Centre.
If you have forgotten your password or your password has been locked, users can follow the steps below to reset your own password. For Company Managed users who do not have an email address or mobile number registered with ANZ, please contact your Company Administrator to update your contact details or to Generate a Password.

1 | Click Forgot Password on the Digital Services Log On screen OR on the security Log On Method screen.
RESULT: Reset Password - Verify Email Address screen is displayed.

2 | Enter your registered Email Address and then click Next.
You can Return to Log On Page at any time.
RESULT: The Verify Identity screen is displayed. You will receive a verification code via your registered email address, or you will receive a push notification or be prompted to scan a QR code in your ANZ Digital Key app.

3 | Choose one of the following options:
Password only users
Enter or paste your temporary case sensitive verification code received via your registered email address and then click Submit. Your verification code will expire in 5 minutes.
After 3 failed attempts, your self-service access will be locked. Please contact our Customer Service Centre.
RESULT: The Reset Password screen is displayed.
ADK push notification users
Receive push notification text and Accept the Password Reset Request from your ANZ Digital Key app.
After 3 failed attempts, your self-service access will be locked. Please contact our Customer Service Centre.
RESULT: The Reset Password screen is displayed.
ADK QR code users
Receive the notification text and tap Scan QR Code on the screen.
Scan the QR code and Accept the Password Reset Request from your ANZ Digital Key app. After 3 failed attempts, your self-service access will be locked. Please contact our Customer Service Centre.

4 | Enter your New Password and Confirm Password.

RESULT: Your password has been changed and you are returned to the Log On Method screen again after 10 seconds or click Return to Log On Page. You will receive an email and SMS to your registered email address and mobile number confirming your reset password..
