Users in ANZ Transactive – Global are either ANZ Managed or Company Managed.
Company Managed users
Company Managed users are created and managed solely by your organisation administrators and can perform various tasks depending on the role that is assigned to the company managed user. As company managed users can only log in using a password, there are restrictions on what functions the user can perform.
ANZ Managed users
Users can be ANZ managed for various reasons, including requiring a security device to perform a particular function in the digital channel. ANZ maintains the majority of ANZ Managed users.
To complete any of the following actions for an ANZ Managed user, please refer to Digital Channels Service Requests or contact your ANZ representative:
- Add user
- Amend user (e.g., name, address, email, phone number)
- Delete user where the user has:
- Access to other ANZ digital applications other than ANZ Transactive - Global and ANZ Liquidity Management
- A Commercial Cards role other than Reporting Officer
If the ANZ Managed user meets the below conditions, follow the instructions in Delete User.- The user has access to ANZ Transactive - Global only or ANZ Transactive - Global plus ANZ Liquidity Management
- If the user has a Commercial Cards role, they only have the Reporting Officer role
