About ANZ Managed vs Company Managed Users
ANZ Managed users are created by ANZ for various reasons. Users that require a security device to perform administration tasks or transaction approvals are created by ANZ. We recommend all users use a security device for added security when accessing the digital channel.
Company Managed users are created and managed solely by your organisation administrators and can perform various tasks depending on the role that is assigned to the company managed user. As company managed users can only log in using a password, there are restrictions on what functions the user can perform.
This option is available in Australia & New Zealand only.
