What is a Trade instrument?
A Trade instrument refers to an instruction request for a trade product, such as Import LC’s, Trade Loans, Guarantees, etc. For a full list, please refer to Transactive Trade - Instrument Types.

A Trade transaction refers to an activity performed under a Trade instrument request for a trade product, such as Issuance, Doc Examination, Settlement Instruction, etc.

What is the maximum file size when attaching documents?
The maximum document file size cannot exceed 5mb per file, with a maximum of 20 files per transaction. The File Name must be less than 30 characters.
Transactive Trade - Access FAQs
When does a Transactive Trade password expire?
ANZ Transactive Trade passwords expire every 90 days. You will be required to change your password at least once every 90 days. Expired passwords will prevent access to the system and require a new password to be created via prompts at login.
Who is an ANZ Transactive Trade (ANZ administered) user?
ANZ Transactive Trade (ANZ administered) users have applied for access via an application form sent to ANZ. Users have an email address, mobile phone number and security questions registered with ANZ. ANZ administered users can utilise the Change Password and Forget Password options available on the Log On page.
Who is an ANZ Transactive Trade (Company administered) user?
ANZ Transactive Trade (Company administered) users are created and managed by the Company Administrator. Company Administrators can reset passwords for Company administered users. For more information, please refer to Manage User profiles.
How do I reset my ANZ Transactive Trade (Company administered) logged out password?
After three failed login attempts, you will be logged out and your Company Administrator can reset your password. This count is cumulative and is not reset after you successfully log in. However, the count is reset when a password is changed. For more information, please refer to Manage User profiles.
How do I reset my ANZ Transactive Trade (Company administered) locked out password?
After ten failed login attempts, you will be locked out and your Company Administrator can reset your password, with ANZ's assistance. This count is cumulative and is not reset after you successfully log in. However, the count is reset when a password is changed.
Troubleshooting Login issues
When attempting to login to ANZ Transactive Trade, you may receive the following error messages:
- Certificate Attempt Failed
- Login Failed
- You have entered an incorrect Login ID/Password
Please ensure you have checked the following options:
- You have selected the correct log on method
- You have entered a valid case sensitive User ID
- You have entered a valid case sensitive Password
- You have the latest System Requirements
- You have cleared Cache and Cookies
- If required, you have activated your security device
- If required, you have chosen the correct login passcode option from your Digipass Token, i.e. Option 1 for One Time Password (OTP)

The following upload file formats are acceptable:
- Comma Separated Values (CSV)
- Pipe Delimited
- Tab-Delimited
- Semi-Colon Delimited

What is the maximum file size allowed in ANZ Transactive Trade?
Invoice Files
Any single batch should not exceed 3,000 invoice lines or 10 MB.
The upload process will take approx. less than 30 seconds. for files containing 1,500 invoice lines.
It is recommended for files greater than 3,000, to be uploaded via Fileactive for a better customer experience and faster file transfers.
