- Deposits in ANZ Transactive - Global is available to users who have Create & Manage Term Deposits role.
What is a Maturing Deposit?
Parameters of a Maturing Deposit
- Amount - there is no minimum or maximum amount.

Term - Fixed Rate Term Deposit - maximum term available is up to 60 months.
If selected term is less than 7 days or greater than 12 months, the quote will be reviewed by ANZ Markets team. The quote can be viewed from the Pending Quotes screen. - Security Term Deposit maximum term available is up to 35 days.
- Future Start Date the quote will be reviewed by ANZ Markets team. The quote can be viewed from the Pending Quotes screen.
- Maturity instructions can be submitted between 8am to 4pm AEST/AEDT.
- Pre-loaded settlement instructions can be updated on the maturity date - by 11am AEST/AEDT for auto-roll, or by 4pm AEST/AEDT for other options.
Who can action a Matured Deposit?
Eligible users with Create & Manage Term Deposits role, can create and manage Term Deposits in ANZ Transactive - Global.

View & Action Maturing Deposit
Click a row to view the Deposits Details screen where you can lodge maturity instructions.
Select from Rollover Principal or Redeem Principal.

RESULT: The quote will display on screen.

Click Proceed with Quote to lock in the rate and term provided. Alternatively, click Back to update your deposit details and request a new quote. Download Quote
Click Download Quote to save or print the quote as a PDF.
RESULT: The PDF is displayed.

Select your Nominated Principal Settlement. (Available for Term Deposits with increased/decreased principal amount.)

RESULT: The deposit instruction has been submitted. A confirmation will be sent to you, and the deposit will be visible on the View Deposits screen.

Unable to Display Quote
The following message will display if the Maturing Deposit request:
- Term is less than 7 days,
- Term is greater than 12 months, or
- Start date in the future is selected.
Your quote will be reviewed by ANZ Markets team and updates can be viewed from the Pending Quotes screen.
Unable to Submit Your Request
The following message will display if a Maturing Deposit request is submitted after 4pm AEST/AEDT.
Your rollover request is currently being processed.
This message displays when a duplicate request is detected.
For example, if you have already obtained a Rollover quote and try to request the same details again, a new quote cannot be created. Go to Pending Quotes to accept or decline the existing quote.
