From Monday 9 March 2026, the Facility Summary Report will be retired from the Report Centre menu in ANZ Transactive – Global.
As part of our continued efforts to modernise reporting, we introduced Loans e‑Statements in October 2025. This report offers a more flexible and detailed view of your loan information, including transaction data - that was not available through the Facility Summary Report.
To support this improved experience, the Facility Summary report is being retired.
Loan e-Statements:
- Provide more reportable fields than the Facility Summary Report.
- Available for statements issued from October 2025 onwards.
- Run e-Statements for up-to six months.
- Include transaction-level details for your loan facility.
Facility Summary Reports
- You can still run an ad-hoc Facility Summary report from the Loans menu when required.
- Creating new report profiles or scheduling these reports will no longer be available.
- Any existing Facility Summary report profiles or schedule will be removed as part of this update.
To learn more, visit Loans e-Statements, or to run an ad-hoc report visit Facility Summary Report.
From Monday 23 March 2026, users with access to view Term Deposits will start using the new Term Deposits menu in ANZ Transactive – Global.

The Deposit History tab will not be available in the new Term Deposits menu. You can continue to view historical activity through existing reporting features.
In the coming months, additional features will be released for select customers in Australia to create and manage Term Deposits directly within ANZ Transactive - Global.

From 23 March 2026, we are introducing improvements to the Administration features in ANZ Transactive – Global. These updates are designed to give you greater visibility and make it easier to manage your users, their entitlements and their activity.
-
View users linked to an account – You will now be able to see a full list of users who have access to a specific account.
- A new ‘View Account Users’ button has been added to the Account Management screen. When you select it, a pop‑up will display the list of user names, user IDs and user statuses linked to the account.
- If you need to review the information offline or share it with colleagues, you can also export the list to a CSV file.
-
Improved visibility in the User Activity Report - The User Activity Report has been enhanced to show all users in your selected date range, including those who have not performed any activity.
- For these users, you will see the message ‘No user activity found for selected range’.
- This update gives you a clearer, more complete view of activity and non‑activity across your organisation.
To meet the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, special character validation will now apply to the Payment Name field for India NEFT and RTGS domestic payments (including templates) from Monday 23 March, specifically:
| PAYMENT TYPE | ACCEPTABLE CHARACTERS |
| NEFT |
abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ 0123456789 /-:?().,+spaces |
| RTGS |
abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ 0123456789 /-:?().,+spaces |
From Monday 23 March, the following change will be introduced in ANZ Transactive – Global for Hong Kong and Singapore payments:
- FX Rate Type Label Update: The Dynamic – Auto Trade label will be updated to Auto Trade, which is used when funding Foreign Exchange payments.
A new version of the ANZ Digital Key app (25.1) will be released in the coming weeks.
This update focuses on reducing taps, eliminating unnecessary touch points to sign in and streamlining your user experience through the enhancements outlined below:
- ADK Push Notification Enhancement
We are removing the need to click ‘Sign In’ button when a push notification is received when ADK is not open or is not in the foreground. You can now simply tap the ADK notification and move directly into authentication, removing the extra 'Sign in' step and speeding up access.
- Removal of Info Pop‑Up and Secondary Sign‑In Step
For verification or approval requests initiated from TG Mobile for verification or approval requests, we are removing:
- the Info message pop‑up
- the subsequent Sign in button
This eliminates two taps and reduces friction, taking you straight from TG Mobile into the ADK authentication flow.
- Faster Padlock Animation
The padlock animation that plays when signing in has been optimised to run for a shorter duration and only until all background processes to app entry are complete.
Refer to our ANZ Digital Key article for more information.
To support the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) year end processing requirements, you can continue to create and authorise back dated NEFT, RTGS and Account Transfer payments and complete financial year-end activities before the end-year cutover.
During this period, International, Tax, Cash and Term Deposit payments will be held in the processing queue (in a warehoused status) and will only be released for processing once the RBI updates the value date to the new financial year.
Please avoid submitting new FX transactions with back dated values, as these will not be processed during this time.
Please also note that book transfer type of payments may display different debit and credit value dates due to how these transactions are processed across systems.
